Clean Pull + Clean + Front Squat + Clean + Jerk: (1+1+1+1+1) x 3 working sets.

@ 80kg

Clean and jerk: 3 singles.

@ Up to 100kg (105kg fail)

Clean Deadlift with pause at Mid Knee + Clean Pull: (2+2) x 4 sets.

@ 100kg

Accessory

3 sets:

  • Weighted sit ups x 25
  • DB Bench x 15 @ 2x22,5kg
  • DB Windmill x 5/ side @ 1x10kg
