Snatch Balance: 3-3-2-2-1-1. Work up to a medium weight. Arms and feet hit at the same time!

@ Up to 75kg

Snatch Pulls: 3x3 90% of best snatch.

@ 80kg

Clean Pulls: 3x3 90% of best clean.

@ 100kg

3 rounds of:

Back Extension + Hold: 1 back extension + 5 second hold for 5 reps.

GHD sit Ups: 3x10
