Movement prep

  • 5 High Box Jumps
  • Russian Step Ups x 10 each leg. /w 1x22,5kg DB
  • Seated Strict Press x 15 reps as fast as humanly possible. @ 1x10kg DB 15 reps per side

Muscle Snatch: 3-3-2-2-1-1. Work up to a heavy single.

@ Up to 47,5kg

Power Snatch: 3-2-1-3-2-1-1-1. Work up and then work back down and then work back up again.

@ 70/72,5/75/72,5/75/77,5/80kg

Front Squats: 3x3. Work up to 70-75% and hit for all three sets.

@ 95/105/105kg
