Tall Power Clean to a 2” power receiving position + Tall Power clean to 6” (parallel) + Tall Clean: (1+1+1) x 3 sets. You are doing 3 tall cleans, but receiving the barbell a little lower each rep. Keep these light and work on pulling STRONG into position.

@ ~40-50kg

Power Clean + Clean + Jerk: 4 working sets. 2 sets at 70%, 2 sets at 75%.

@ 80-85kg

Pause Clean Deadlift to mid thigh: 3x3. Heavy

@ 125-130kg
