Power Clean + Pause Squat Clean (pause in the receive for 2 seconds) + Clean + Jerk: 4-5 working sets.
@ 90-100kg (100kg fail)
Clean Deadlift to mid thigh + jump and shrug (deadlift to mid thigh. Pause for a second and then jump and shrug) Use straps if possible: 4x3
@ Fairly new movement so i tried to stay low: 70-80kg
