Mobility flow + snatch activation

Snatch Push Press+ OHS: (3+3) x 3

(perform 10-15 banded snap pull apart or crossover symmetry in between sets)

@ 50-50-60kg

Snatch: EMOM for 12 min. Work up in weight each set, but once you’ve hit a “medium” weight, stay there and continue to work speed and consistency. Meaning, don’t go heavy.

@ Up to 60kg

Back Squat: 7x3 stay lighter today

@ 80kg + all sides of Monster walk + 8/8 clam shells

(perform banded lateral glute walks and clam shells in between sets)

Accessory

Three Sets of:

  • Planks on Boxes with weight hanging from hips x 60 sec @ 5-10-10kg
  • Push ups x 15
  • Sit ups x 25
