Clean Deadlift to 2” off the ground + Clean Pull + Clean: (1+1+1) x2 x 2sets, (1+1+1) x 3 sets. I want the last three sets to be challenging.
@ 1x100kg, 2x105kg on last three
Clean Deadlift + Shrug: 5x3+3 @ 95% of best clean.

- DB Goblet squat x max reps in 30 sec @ 18-23 reps
