Snatch Balance +OHS (2+1) x 3 , (1+1)x 3. Build to a challenging weight but don’t miss!

@ Up to 80kg

Snatch Lift off to below the knee+ Snatch Pull + Snatch: (1+1+1) x 2x 3 sets, (1+1+1)x1x 3 sets. Work up in weight each set. Try and go a little heavier than last week.

@ Up to 75kg

Power

5/3/1 Back squat progression - cycle 6

3 reps @ 116kg / 3 reps @ 132kg / 3 reps @ 150kg (fail: only 1 rep)

Accessory

3 sets:

  • Single Leg Deadlift x 10 each leg @ 2x30kg DBs
  • Landmine Rows x 10 each arm @ +20kg plate
  • KB Side Bends x 20 each side @ 30kg dB
